Strange Day At Work
The building where I work was evacuated today because of a bomb threat. Along with several thousand other employees, I had to leave the building.
There were police cars everywhere with flashing lights. They put up security tape and barriers and wouldn't let us near the building.
And, of course, there were news people and cameramen.
The people who work in the building stood around, wondering what was happening. Finally, we were all told to go home because the building would need to be locked down for a while. I found it a strange experience but not unexpected, given the times we are living in. Oh well - Canada is still a safe country, thank goodness.

How did they tell you to go home? Looks chaotic, and like a huge group of people to inform!
I heard about this on the news but didn't know it was your building! Glad everyone is fine.
